Either the EVL4 or the DUO can be set in Stand-Alone mode which converts them to a small footprint, standalone, security system, with all the power of a full-size panel.
Expandable from 2 to 30 hardwired zones, and up to 8 high-power programmable outputs, our Stand-Alone builds offer unique solutions for jobs that don’t require a traditional, full-blown panel.
The EVL4-SA or DUO-SA system starts with a standard EVL4 or DUO, but at installation time you choose the SA (Stand-Alone) option and the board will reconfigure itself into stand-alone mode.
After that it can be simply used as a tiny 2-zone system or it can be expanded by adding either the UNO4 or UNO8 modules as needed to grow the system out to as many as 30 zones.
While the DUO-SA has LTE built-in, a Sidekick LTE module can always be added to an EVL4-based Stand-Alone system if LTE is desired.
